"When I found out I was pregnant I got right into studying all that I could. I bought and read a whole lot of books. Watched a whole lot of documentaries. YouTube. The series ‘one every minute’, you name it! At seven weeks I had already messaged Ashley @ Ashley Ellen Hypnobirthing to find out what it was. At nine weeks pregnant I had already written my birth plan. I wanted to be well informed but also, I think it was a mix of fear and anxiety about not knowing.
If I were to give one single piece of advice to expecting parents, it would be to contact Ashley! She said to me that we would take away the fear and anxiety that comes with thinking about birthing and labor and replace it with excitement and trust in my body. And after completing the five simple online sessions, that’s exactly what we did. All the reading and investigating I had done earlier she had all in one place.
She’s friendly, passionate and has a loving demeanour about her. All the information and tools she shares has made me so confident in myself, in my baby and in my partner. We look forward to our birthing day with excitement and couldn’t thank Ashley enough!

I did hypnobirthing classes with Ash to prepare for the birth of my daughter and I cannot recommend her enough. The breathwork I learnt with Ash helped me control my birth, it was amazing. I also find I use the breath work techniques in other aspects of my life. Anxious situations such as driving, through to working out, learning to control my breathing, and how to breathe through feelings has changed my life and my mind! Even though I did the course with Ash already, if I have any more babies, I will do it again with her. She has the most beautiful aura around her.
